Listing information is provided for convenience and may change without notice. Availability, rent and terms are confirmed only in a signed lease. Submitting an inquiry or an application does not guarantee approval. Every application is reviewed under our published qualification standards and fair housing law.
SMS Terms
- Program: TNH Properties (Troy Hardister) rental inquiry and tenant messages.
- What you’ll receive: texts about your rental inquiry or tenancy, such as answers to your questions, tour and screening-call scheduling, and how to apply. Some messages come from an automated leasing assistant.
- How you opt in: by giving us your mobile number with a rental inquiry or on our website and asking to be contacted.
- Frequency: message frequency varies, typically a few messages per inquiry.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. We’ll send one confirmation and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP, call 317-520-3507, or email manager@tnhproperties.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
